Gloria L. Donaldson, Ph.D.
Dr. Gloria L. Donaldson is President and principal consultant of the
Reed Organization. She brings 20 years experience in the
assessment, development, training, and coaching of top leaders
and employees. She has consulted to a broad-range of
organizations with affiliates worldwide reflecting manufacturing,
financial services, the steel industry, banking, transportation,
logistics, and service organizations. Additionally, she has consulted
with the Department of Labor and several non-for-profit
organizations. She holds the Ph.D. degree from Loyola University
and the Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University.
Dr. Donaldson is certified for the usage of a broad-range of
assessment and leadership tools. She has been a presenter for a
number of corporations as well as professional groups in the areas
of assessment, career development, psychology, applied behavioral
analysis, corporate culture, management development, and team
building.

Dr. Edward J. Wygonik serves as principal consultant and research
specialist. Dr. Wygonik brings over 20 years experience in
assessment, organization development, and research. He has
worked as an internal and external consultant with industries
ranging from steel, to banking, to retail, to healthcare. He is an
Associate Professor of Industrial and Organizational Psychology at
Roosevelt University. Additionally, Dr. Wygonik has presented widely
to professional groups, academic conferences, corporate boards,
and non-for-profit organizations.
